We’re back on English shores now, but we just wanted to say a giant thank-you to everyone who came out to one of the shows or listened in to one of our radio sessions - or really just put some good vibes out there for us. We covered over 2,600 miles and we’re definitely thankful for the new Irish roads that made it all a lot quicker and easier than it would’ve been a few years back!
Some of the highlights of the tour were:
Belfast, where Daniel got a big cheer for just being born there! You can read a lovely review of the show here:

An intimate set in Galway where we got paid entirely in beer (which actually kept us going quite nicely for the rest of the week). A heartfelt shout-out to the very lovely Canadian girl who’d travelled up from Cork just to see us play.

Wexford, where the tiniest bar in the world turned into the coolest venue, and we managed to turn a gloriously sunny seaside town into a deluge-soaked water park when we brought the rain with us! Much love to Trisha who kept us out of the rain and plied us with drink til the wee hours - and kudos to the two very strange and very cool DJs who are talking their way around Europe:

Our first ever show in Limerick in the brilliant Baker Place, where the crowds were as welcoming as any we’ve ever played to - and they put our picture in the local paper:

Special thanks to all of our amazing support acts, including:
Bobby Noonan, Kitty and the Can Openers, Paul Shevlin, Ceolaire and Ka Tet.
Each and every one of these guys played stunning sets - go check them out right now, and buy all of their music, you will not regret it. We hope to be playing with all of them again very soon.
Last but not least, much love to the very sweet Spanish Belen, who came all the way from Madrid to see us in Dublin (she traveled further than us!) We thought it only right that we should entice her on tour for the next day too, and show her around Belfast. We hope she had fun!
It was a great experience for us - we played longer sets than ever before, it really gave us a chance to let the songs breathe and fit some of the newer songs into the set.
We’re coming back to Ireland in August for a couple of shows, then we’ll be back again mid-October for tour number two. We’re hoping to make it even further afield - to Sligo, Cork and beyond - so keep an eye out for us…
Much love,
- Kathryn, Daniel & Benji
